File Transfer Protocol - FTP
The e-cast FTP service is ideal for clients who wish to distribute large video files to specific destinations.

Simply deliver your files to e-cast where we will encrypt the data and host them on our specialist video servers. Your authorised clients can then access your files from our servers. They will require FTP client software that is readily available and e-cast will provide you with a unique FTP address and password to allow client access.

The e-cast FTP service provides a secure FTP transfer that performs the handshake between server and client to initialise the connection. Our FTP software has error checking, which is another means to ensure each "data package" has arrived intact!
