e-cast was formed in 1999 and is actively delivering a range of state-of-the-art video streaming services in New Zealand to the Public, Business, Production, Government and Education sectors.

e-cast principals have extensive experience working collaboratively with Government Departments, State Agencies, Crown Research Institutes and Educational Institutions - often with multiple lines of responsibility.

e-cast is working closely with New Zealand Production Companies to develop innovative solutions that integrate effective video streaming and distribution over the Internet within new or existing websites.

e-cast provides video streaming services for television programmes like Agenda, Eye to Eye, Willie and JT and Arero. We delivered live international Internet distribution for the Maori Television coverage of the Tangi for the Maori Queen and the Funeral of the King of Tonga. We are regularly streaming video both domestically and internationally for specific clients, as well as hosting video links to customised websites.

Since 1999, e-cast's parallel production company e-net has been providing services in broadcast television production, website development and management, streaming video, CD-Rom and DVD production.
